Mark Tharp, the incoming NW Division Vice Director, has already read all the board meeting minutes for the last 6 years, all the committee minutes and reports for the last 2-3 years, a full year of the archived reflector posts, analyzed the financial statements, and read the annual reports and 990 forms. Since he runs a multi-million dollar manufacturing company in Yakima, he understands what he is reading.

I know those who know him, think he is a clown, but this guy is not going to do anything halfway! He probably knows more about what the board is doing already, than those of us at the meetings know!

Thanks Bonnie. Sounds like a bunch of smoke blowing. :) I am looking forward to January and seeing many staff members I already know from my years as SM. You are correct in that it feels like I have read more the last two days than in the last year. I am honored to be serving with such a great group of folks to help move the league into the future. On another note, while they are still on this list, I would like to thank Director Pace and Vice Director Altus for all the support and guidance they have provided. In my opinion, both have served the league with high standards and hard work. All three of us have worked together for years in the field service side of the league and we have become good personal friends.
