2 OCT 2009 - 1720 CDT I have been watching to see if there is any public announcement of the LoTW certificate problem that's existed over the past few weeks. As of this date, I have not seen any sort of a web site posting or a mention in the current weekly ARRL Newsletter. The public relations (credibility) damage is now done. But further delay in making this public is only making things worse. When are we going to tell the LoTW users about it? When is this certificate problem going to be resolved? - Dick, W9GIG
