There is a major terrorism response exercise taking place the week of April 4-8. One of the principal venues is the New London, Connecticut area. Amateur Radio is expected to play a role supplying communications for the Red Cross. Last Friday Allen Pitts attended a briefing and prepared the attached report regarding ARRL HQ and staff involvement.
