He certainly hasn't distinguished himself in the private sector so far in his career anyway, so whatever attraction he might have (other than in academia, where he actually might do reasonably well) would have to be based on his FCC chairmanship. He won't be welcome in any industry which is premised on licensing by the FCC. chris
