I agree with Frank. It's a good article, with lots of references to ARRL and QST, and it's good to have it in a non-ARRL publication which reaches some non-members (although most CQ readers are ARRL members). It builds on Derek Riker's April 2003 QST article. Its focus is the Spectrum Protection Act (I don't see anything in it about state legislatures) although H.Res. 230 and HR 3876 are mentioned in passing. Our approach has been to try to get members to come to the Web site where they can link directly to thomas.loc.gov and can find sample letters ready for downloading into their own word processors, but as Frank (and others of you) pointed out at the Board meeting that effort hasn't been as visible as it should have been during the last half of 2005. We're fixing that now, and it's good to have CQ helping.
