Good morning. Storm Eugene has hit Connecticut with snow falls predicted between 12"-25" (higher accumulations from Hartford area to the western hills). Highest accumulations, up to 3" per hour, expected between 8 am and 5 pm. Blizzard conditions will exist for most of the day. The Governor has issued a statewide travel ban beginning at 5 am EDT this morning which effectively closes the State. As such, ARRL headquarters will be closed today. Appropriate announcements will be posted on the web site and phone messages. We expect to be open tomorrow at the normal time but will advise if that changes. 73, Barry J.
