This form works for all 15 divisions and automatically emails the results to the appropriate director and copies the sender. Sure beats hard copy paperwork!

It's a FB effort by George - and after three years supposedly in the queue for implementation on the ARRL server, it seems like it'll be there for another twenty. It would sure save me time and trouble in my Division if it were on the ARRL site and there was enough PR so clubs and groups used it.
