While it’s nice to see anything out of the Enforcement Bureau, I‘m just telling you that as soon as this news hits the membership, I will get a $h!t storm as we are once again ignored by Laura Smith and company regarding the 7+ year wait for help in ending the 24/7 jamming of repeaters in the metropolitan New York City area. I would suspect that the members on the West Coast who have suffered the ongoing tribulations of the WARFA net will be similarly incensed at this complete B*ll$h!t response to all of our continuing complaints these many years. Frankly, it’s obvious that this is a blatant and intentional response to our protests. They treat us with a continuing lack of respect and complete contempt. Mike, I am not so foolish as to go out on a thin limb and say hold up a bit there is some stuff in the works but that is what we are told very recently from a semi-reliable source. We are doing what we can so keep the lid on your constituents as best you can until we develop and effectuate the plan that the Board called for last week. And I don't consider two enforcement actions to be either a "complete B*ll$h!t response to all of our continuing complaints these many years" or a "a blatant and intentional response to our protests" or even a "continuing lack of respect and complete contempt." I consider the actions to be a step in the right direction, albeit an admittedly small one, insufficient by thelmselves. There is not much to be gained by flaming at them for the years of neglect. If the information we have doesn't prove accurate (once again) we will need to run further up the chain until we get some relief.
