[arrl-odv:15898] Fwd: Reply to Opposition to Informal Objection: Ambient Corporation

Greetings. Continuing our effort to keep pressure on the worst BPL companies, the following is self-explanatory. We have been engaged in a pleading war with Ambient about this experimental authorization, which expired August 1, 2007. However, since Ambient timely filed an application for renewal, they can continue to operate the Briarcliff Manior, NY system until FCC adjudiates our informal objection to the renewal. The informal objection, as I hope I previously explained, is the only procedural method of objecting to an experimental authorization, per the FCC's Part 5 rules. ? This document is public and can be circulated at your discretion. 73, Chris W3KD -----Original Message----- From: w3kd@aol.com To: Kathryn.Berthot@fcc.gov; Julius.Knapp@fcc.gov; James.Burtle@fcc.gov; george.wheeler@hklaw.com Cc: dsumner@arrl.org; prinaldo@arrl.org; ehare@arrl.org; w5zn@arrl.org Sent: Wed, 15 Aug 2007 11:38 am Subject: Reply to Opposition to Informal Objection: Ambient Corporation Greetings.
