For those of you that have not yet seen it, there is a very informative article on BPL in the January 2004 issue of Popular Communications. The article was written by editor Harold Ort, N2RLL in his "Tuning in" column on page 4. He gives a lot of credit to President Haynie and ARRL while blasting FCC Commissioners for taking a stand on this important issue while it is in the NOI Stage.
