Dave -- Thanks for the info. If I may, can I request that documents to be submitted for the meeting (the ones placed in our binders) be submitted -- in advance of the meeting -- by a reasonable, agreed upon deadline? This is obviously so we can read, absorb, and consider all that information prior to stepping into the meeting. I seem to recall documents being submitted in advance for last January's meeting. However, July's meeting was very much different, in that many documents were given to us for the first time on-site, while the meeting was in progress, some regarding issues that could have benefited from prior studying, etc. Just something to consider. I've not flipped through my Directors Handbook to see if there are any words pertaining to such a drop-dead date. If such verbiage doesn't already exist, I ask for consideration of establishing a deadline. See everyone in January! 73, Brian, N5ZGT

To close the loop on this, after counting noses there was not enough support for moving the meeting from the Hartford area. We are proceeding with planning for the meeting to be held January 20-21, 2006 at the Windsor Marriott near Bradley International Airport.
