Good afternoon, We are quickly moving into the fourth quarter of the year so I would like to remind everyone that if they have any outstanding admin or travel reimbursements (such as Denver) outstanding, please submit them as soon as possible. As a follow up - It has come to my attention that perhaps some board members may not have put in for reimbursement for some air or rail tickets that have cancelled but credits were issued. Please submit for reimbursement for the original purchase if you have any outstanding credit vouchers. You can note on the reimbursement the cancelled event and that you were provided a credit that will be used on a future trip. When you file for that future trip, then you can note you used a credit. No one should wait to be reimbursed until the credit is used. We do not expect anyone to advance ARRL funds. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
