We are excited to announce that the form 2 is live at https://ares.arrl.org/ your EC or DEC must simply be logged in to the ARRL Website to access the form. The instructions are live at the upper right hand corner of the page. Please share with your EC's and DEC's if you are planning to use the new form. The form 4 will be down until probably Monday to make room for the new form with the auto upload included. We also want to remind the SEC not to upload your form 4 to headquarters until you have received all of your form 2's from the local jurisdictions. If you experience any problems after Monday with either the Form 2 or Form 4 please contact ares@arrl.org<mailto:ares@arrl.org> and we will work with you to get your issue resolved.
