The Readex summary previously was distributed in hard-copy form to officers and Directros with the 2004 operational plan. Mark Wilson has now distributed it electronically as ARRL-ODV:9954. The Strategic Plan in Document 38 was distributed to officers and Directors on September 25 and has now been redistributed to ODV in ARRL-ODV:9955. Document 39 was distributed to officers and Directors on November 16. It is now available to officers, Directors, and Vice Directors at http://www.arrl.org/members-only/ODV/docs/Board%20Meeting%20Reports/2004/Jan... There is a peculiarity in the file that causes my cursor not to move, and Page Down not to go past page 2. The vertical scroll bar works correctly and it prints correctly.
