Late last week, a few acknowledgements of amateurs' emails about Commissioner Abernathy's "Broadband Nirvana" BPL remarks began trickling out of her office. However, if someone in the Commissioner's position is saying that she's agreed with us all along and that it was just a misunderstanding, it doesn't pay to examine the underpinnings too closely.
