Interesting. Looking at the state legislation that Derek Riker in Chwat's office uncovers regularly for us, the cellphone bills in most (not all, most) states are rather specifically limited to prohibiting cellphone use while driving, not two-way mobile radios. Sometimes, CBs are specifically exempted, which makes us nervous because of the obvious omissions, but seldom does the definition proceed beyond cellular or mobile telephones. By the way, having experienced recently the "new driver in the family" experience (and even more recently the "expensive plastic bumper tap payout to the neighbor to avoid the insurance company" experience) I can tell you that "ten and two" is no longer the mantra of the driver's ed courses. It is more like 8 and 4. Strange but true. Chris
