Good Evening- We learned earlier today that the Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) subcommittee of the House Committee on Appropriations has also included the Amateur Radio Parity Act into the base text of the ‘‘Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2019.’’ This means that the Bill is now on the docket concurrently in two major committees’ “must pass” bills (NDAA and FSGG). The plan at this point is to get this tacked onto enough big bills that it has to find its way through at some point. We are still perusing an administrative strategy as well as a legislative strategy. I will continue to keep the Board informed as things develop.
