I've been using the GoToWebinar account to give division updates to several clubs with great success. I've been scheduling, in advance, with Ken Bailey (via email) to avoid scheduling conflicts. The ARRL used to maintain a couple gotomeeting accounts that could be reserved for free just by calling HQ. K9RFZ used that service for section meetings when he served as the Indiana SM.

Hello Mickey -    Absolutely, this will be essential.  Right now like most of us Ihave three meetings scheduled which would have involved travelin the next two weeks.  Given the quality and ease of using Zoom this method will definitely be part of a bigger change away from weekday night travel in order to present at club meetings.
