[arrl-odv:22398] RM-11708 FAQ

What’s the status of the creation and publishing the RM-11708 FAQ from #51 in the Board Meeting Minutes? Although there seems to be a lull in the protests, I’m anticipating that it may come up at the HamCation ARRL Forum as one of the vocal opponents is a local. I’d like to be able to point to the FAQ link on the website homepage and move the discussion along to more fruitful topics. Doug, I took a week of vacation after the convention in Puerto Rico and am just back in the office as of yesterday. We’ll try to get it done this week. I had a mic with me in case Linda wanted to operate but we didn’t use it. All 1,101 KP3/K1ZZ QSOs were on CW. I worked two LUs on 6 meter CW using just a piece of wire for an antenna. Transequatorial propagation from that latitude is really neat.
