I took part in the one for the great American Eclipse as well as several others. I even triggered the over temperatire alarm on the flex during the American eclipse, collecting data on 8 bands at once. I agree this is a great opportunity. Dr Nathaniel Frissel, W2NAF actually got his start in scouts, and NJDXA member Greg Nitkowski was the one who introduced him. He has since moved on from NJIT to the University of Scranton. Bob McGuire, N4HY is working on pretty interesting projects with Nathaniel this year, with ARDC funding. Many great things ahead.
