Just so Jim does not think he is alone in his inquiry, I was able to purchase web site hosting for the Central Division web site at slightly less than half the cost of using the services of ARRL's Internet Service Provider. This brings me to the same question that Jim Weaver asks: Why is it cheaper for us as indviduals to search out products and services of at least the same quality, than to use the vendors that headquarters is using?
