I hate to be a complainer, but upon reviewing the minutes from the recent July Board meeting and comparing them with a previous one from the January 2019 meeting, (attached), I see a considerable difference in how they are constructed. The minutes from the recent meeting appear to be hastily constructed, with, it appears, nobody really proofreading the end result. In my opinion, this proofreading for content and noting formatting errors should not be the responsibility of ODV. The old one from 2019 as prepared by Carla (or maybe it was Dan Henderson), appears much more polished and professional. Our demanding members read these minutes, and are expecting a professional result. There should be a standard template used for these minutes that will provide the same look and feel for our members from meeting-to-meeting. <end of rant> ;-) 73; Mike W7VO
