As most of you know I have been out of the office on vacation in NC (and am still there) since December 15th and have not had access to the internet, and hence email, until this morning when I arrived at my brother's home. Was received by the Secretary's office in a timely manner on December 20th but am just now being able to circulate it to ODV. Thanks and I apologize for being in literally an "unplugged" part of the mountains of NC for the first ten days of my scheduled vacation. I will return to the office on the 8th but will have internet access the rest of my stay except for Wednesday January 3rd. 73 and Happy New Year! What exactly is the motion? If it is to replace the existing articles and bylaws with the attached, could we please have it with the exact changes highlighted? I believe the first paragraph is the motion: MOVED: Upon review and advice of ARRL’s Connecticut Corporate Council Day Pitney, and from review and revision of the existing ARRL Articles of Association and Bylaws by the working group of the Executive Committee; therefore, be it known that we, the subscribers, do hereby associate ourselves as a body politic and corporate entity pursuant to the statute laws of the State of Connecticut regulating the formation and organization of corporations without capital stock with the following Articles of Association: I believe the rest is a replacement of the full AABL.
