Well, this BPL looks like it has everything going it's way. For the life of me, I have never seen anything pushed along like BPL. How in the hell can they get a look at the NTIA report before us? Give you any ideas? We must shift gears a bit and see what we can do with the mitigation. I also have it on good authority that the hams that live in the test areas, and that have filed complaints, have had their complaints diverted over to the Office of Engineering and Technology and specifically Ann Writhe (sp).
