Dear Officers, Directors, and Vice Directors of the ARRL: Attached is the official notice letter for the 2017 Second Board meeting from the CEO. Please read the letter carefully. Also attached are the draft agenda for the meeting and the dinner choices for both Board dinners. Please get back to me with your dinner choices (and your spouse's if applicable) no later than Thursday, July 13. As stated earlier, the deadline for submitting reports to the Board is January 6, to allow sufficient time to prepare the books. Motions should also be sent in advance of the meeting. On May 25th you were sent the accommodation form. If you have not already done so, please return that form to me by Monday, June 26, the hotel's cut-off date.
