Greetings. I have just now completed the filing electronically in the ULS system at FCC of the attached reply pleading in the ReconRobotics ongoing saga. This was filed against 87 discrete applications (as was our Petition to Deny initially) of public safety entities proposing to deploy the ReconRobotics device. Thanks to virtually the entire Executive Committee for help with this, and especially Jay Bellows and Tom Frenaye for most constructive edits. Most of all though, you will enjoy Ed Hare's surgical analysis of the fatal flaws in the ReconRobotics' grant of equipment authorization (the errors in which were repeated in each of the applications we are petitioning to deny here). This is a fairly calm response to an overly strident and aggressive Opposition that was filed by ReconRobotics.
