President Haynie and others who know more about the legal convolutions of copyrighted materials that do I, I clearly understand that Amateur Radio Today should not be broadcast over commercial outlets whether cable (including "city/community channels") or the like; however, do closed circuit student TV "stations" in grade and high schools (not broadcast over commercial or non-commercial channels of commercial outlets) fall under the same caveat?
