[arrl-odv:25718] Can ACCs and Affiliated Clubs help in addition to SMs on HR1301?

In addition to the SMs promoting Rally Congress, can HQ send an email blast to Affiliated Club Coordinators (ACCs) and/or the point-of-contact for all 2,000+ ARRL affiliated clubs asking for member support? By emailing ARRL affiliated clubs, do we remain within the parameters of maintaining non-profit status? 73 de Bill, N2COP Bill Morine - N2COP Vice Director - Roanoke Division Serving ARRL members in the Virginia, West Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina sections ARRL - The National Association for Amateur RadioT

Bill- That’s an interesting suggestion. I like it although I think it may be a grey area. But I’m more concerned with the overkill factor. Having been asked by the ARRL President, the 15 Directors, and hopefully all 71 Section Managers in less than a week, now we run the risk of oversaturating. I think that we should hold that route in abeyance and use it should we need to continue this campaign in the lame duck session. 73 de Mike N2YBB From: N2COP Sent: Monday, September 19, 2016 3:51 PM To: arrl-odv@arrl.org ; arrl-odv@reflector.arrl.org Subject: [arrl-odv:25719] Can ACCs and Affiliated Clubs help in addition to SMs on HR1301?
