I too will not submit to the Red Cross criteria. Given their logic, the next thing they might other personal information "just in case". I have heard from a few folks here in the Northwestern Division during which we (ARRL) were blamed for the issue due to the MOU with the Red Caross. I explained that this was a recent Red Cross directive and that the ARRL had a comment from Joel on the web. That seemed to satisfy the concern. Let's hope this directive suddenly fades away, for the benefit of all of us! 73 Jim K9JF
