Most all DXCC staff is working at HQ or splitting time between home and HQ. All paper applications that were in the queue since March 23 have been processed. Certificates are shipping on time and plaque orders are being fulfilled. Card checkers are still permitted to scan Online DXCC applications they have checked and forward to DXCC via e-mail.
