I vote Yes on the EC motion to withdraw our RM-11306 as amended. If this passes I hope we can effectively get the word out, particularly to Winlink users, that we will be readdressing regulation by bandwidth via a cleaner path in the near term. Surely more of those who like the idea will file supportive comments next time. Also in the meantime we need to continue to show the average ham the MANY advantages of reg. by bandwidth, and impress upon them that as time goes by regulation by mode will become more unworkable.
