Dick, I get a 404 error - page not found. Obviously the page has been killed as someone does not want to run afoul of the FCC, I guess. Guys sometimes write dumb things in magazines. Non ham use is always a problem and there have been bad suggestions from time to time to make an FCC license a requirement for ham equipment sale. Ah, the days of phony draft cards for beer!
