WilmerHale had not received a copy of the Motion for Leave to Intervene by Duke Energy that I had received, and neither of us had received until very late yesterday one additional Motion for Leave to Intervene filed by Ambient Corporation (perhaps the most evil of the BPL companies) filed by its lawyer, George Wheeler. So there are four intervenors on FCC's side, to our two.
