The FCC has finally added our restructuring petition to ECFS. It is RM-10867 and may be viewed at http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/retrieve.cgi?native_or_pdf=pdf&id_documen... On the first page the January 28 "received" stamp is crossed out and a new stamp is dated March 18. Perhaps that has some internal significance to the FCC. Dave K1ZZ
