One caveat if you refer anyone to the editorial: since then (July 2005 Board meeting, Minute 36) we migrated from occupied bandwidth to necessary bandwidth, which eliminated the basis for concerns about having to measure the bandwidth of a transmitter's emissions and about excessive restrictions on the bandwidth of analog emissions. 2.
