[arrl-odv:22620] Ballot Mailing Reminders

In view of the low voter turn outs in the recent Division elections, reminding members to vote seems more like an obligation than a violation. David, K5RAV

Good Morning, It would appear that a majority of the Board (albeit with some voices still not heard) would approve the sending of a generic reminder message from HQ to membership regarding a current election. As I am not the parliamentarian, I would like to know the procedure required to make this official. I will gladly make a motion to this effect, if that is what is required. 73, Mike - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Mike Lisenco, N2YBB Director, Hudson Division ARRL - The national association for Amateur Radio™ 917-865-3538 n2ybb@arrl.org

I would add that Staff and the E & E should crate a draft of this generic message for the purpose stated. I'll second the potential motion Mike has put forth with the above added as a potential friendly amendment... 73 David A.
