Also, it would be good for Dave to be able to inform the FCC about the band plan as that was information the FCC wanted. We really need the FCC to get moving on our proceedings.

Agreed on the terminology. This is an historic occasion in the annals of the ARRL - the first regular board meeting to be held using live video and audio for all participants. Although there are particular issues remaining to conclude the overall meeting, we should note this milestone for posterity.
