A candidate has been selected to fill the vacancy of Delta Division Vice Director. Since this person has been recommended by Director Leggette and Henry is a member of the Election & Ethics Committee this year he has rightfully recused himself from the review. In order to complete the candidate's eligibility review with a full committee, I have appointed Director Butler to temporarily serve on the committee for the purpose of this task.
