Tom, I have paper copies of the January 2001, July 2001 and January 2002 A&F minutes. They are in my Board Meeting notebooks, so presumably they were distributed at the Board meetings that followed. I'll send you copies and will see if the electronic files exist anywhere. If not I'll have them scanned. Nothing on July 2003 yet.
