ODV, Attached are ARRL’s reply comments filed in the FCC’s Further Notice proceeding with regard to eliminating the symbol rate and bandwidth restrictions on 2200and 630 meter bands, and the VHF and UHF bands below 450 MHz. This filing reiterates the ARRL’s position that both should be eliminated. The period for filing ended yesterday. As of this morning there are submissions from 21 individuals and two organizations (ARDC and ARRL). All favor removing the symbol rate.
