I’m violating protocol, but y’all will understand in a moment. I just returned from Singapore and The Philippines late last night and was notified that my services are required in India starting early next week. Current plan is to fly out to Indore on Monday of next week and be there for an undetermined amount of time - ergo, it is 99.99% likely that I will not be able to make the January Board Meeting (as well as the A&F Committee meeting). I’m a bit apprehensive about the action items that my Director might give to me (while I’m helpless) - but so goes life. I will be available via email, if I can be of any assistance to Doug, or anybody else on the Board. Best, Mike
