Bob - I think we have a different philosophy. I don't want to hear of every problem and solution that HQ staff has to deal with. When I am aware of a problem, I usually contact the manager in Newington who I think is responsible (or Dave Sumner or Harold if I'm not sure), I don't need to send it to ODV. I also start by trusting staff members to do the right thing.
