As requested a couple of weeks ago on the reflector, we have posted the first electronic lists of new licensees and Amateurs who have upgraded their licenses on the ODV section of the ARRL Web Page. The files are by Division and include both new (designated as XX1) and upgraded (XX4) licenses. The information can be accessed under the link to "ODV Files". There is also a short description file at the end of the list of files on the page. The files on the page at this point include the December information. We will update these files monthly and send a note to the Board to let you know when the new information is available.
