Harold -- I know that ground-up web redesigns don't happen overnight (I used to work for a web development company) so please don't take this the wrong way. How long will Phase 2 take to complete? Besides what you mentioned elsewhere in your email about the content teams (some of whom as you say are almost done with their jobs), what is consuming 7 entire months before content even starts to be built? 73, Brian N5ZGT
