I prefer meetings near HQ. Also, regardless of where we hold the meeting, I could have winter wx problems affecting the Philadelphia airport. Having the meeting in Miami wouldn't help me if I can't get out of Philly. And as Bill pointed out, transporting a number of staff members halfway across the country to some other meeting location runs the costs up.
