Jim, I haven't really decided but I think it needs to be written so as to be understandable by a non-ham audience because I hope to get some circulation outside the usual channels. There are some bloggers and columnists who I think might make some use of it. That's why I felt it necessary to include, for example, why I happen to know something about BPL.
