These reply comments strike back at the suggestion of some automotive industry commenters that Amateur Radio operation ought to be suppressed at 77-81 GHz consequent to the adoption of vehicular radar in this band (the latter of which is certain to happen). We call out commenters who failed to cite the persuasive compatibility case that has been made, and challenge the Commission with its Chairman's own words challenging incumbents in the millimeter wave bands to be open to "new frontiers" of spectrum use. These reply comments are filed under my signature as a consequence of Chris's representation of Bosch in the same proceeding.
