Too funny! Some of you may remember this as a similar thing happened to me a few years ago save the fact that Entergy traced the source to the neighbor down the road. We thought it was his doorbell transformer; guess again! My father in law, Entergy's District Engineer, did a usage check on his meter and found a huge number of KWH/month for the past two months, oddly about the time I starting having noise issues. The Sheriff had been looking at this guy and that was enough- they found a grow op in his attic and basement! My noise went away... Interfere with my DXing and you will pay the price! Hi! 73 David A.
