Retired ARRL staffer Perry Williams, W1UED, died Friday at the age of 86. Perry's long service to the ARRL included several years as Washington Area Coordinator, and he served for a time as ARRL Secretary. His career deserves more elaboration than I can do today but will do so early in the week. Perry's family will schedule a memorial service for when they can all be in New England. Dave Sumner, K1ZZ
