Haste makes waste. I inadvertently omitted a major item from the report I circulated last evening that is of significant current importance in our advocacy program. It concerns the FCC's Technological Advisory Committee Ambient Noise Study. There is a comment date of August 11, 2016 so it is important for the Board to be current on the details of this. Rather than try to restate the report which some of you may have alreadly printed out, I thought it less troublesome to simply create a Document 10A which is attached.
